goobs is a rewards platform. Users scan receipts, and goobs completes surveys on their behalf to earn free rewards including food, gift cards, and cash. We provide this service primarily through SMS text messages and our website.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use goobs. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To use goobs, you must:

• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your phone number secure and immediately notify us of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

5. Rewards Account Authorization

By using goobs, you authorize us to create and manage rewards program accounts on your behalf at participating retail partners. This allows us to earn rewards, complete receipt surveys, and send you free stuff.

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that:

• You do not have pre-existing rewards accounts with any retailers where goobs creates accounts on your behalf
• You authorize goobs to use your provided information to register for rewards programs at partner retailers
• You understand that goobs will manage these accounts and any associated rewards on your behalf
• You will not create duplicate rewards accounts at partner retailers while using goobs

If you have existing rewards accounts with any of our partner retailers, you must notify us before signing up so we can exclude those retailers from your account.

6. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from goobs and our partner businesses regarding deals, offers, confirmations, and service updates.

7. Deals and Offers

Availability

• The quality, safety, or legality of goods or services offered by businesses

• Disputes between users and businesses
• The availability of businesses or their compliance with applicable laws

All content on goobs, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of goobs or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
